Upgrading set firmware

lD 32 fsum shows the version
ld 32 fdlu x x x x(tn of the phone you want firmware loaded to) starts the process for that phone.
ld 32 fdlf forces the firmware if it is already upgraded but you feel it is needed again.
it can also be scheduled to run at night in ld 97
