Upgrading SE 11.1.1 to 11.1.2 issue

I just upgraded a Dell640 SE from 11.1.1 to latest 11.1.2 for the LOG4 issue and system monitor said Upgraded completed successfully.
But In system Status I know have this alarm.
Additional Hard Drive: Status changed to removed.
Has anyone else seen this or know what alarm means. I am going through system now checking to make sure things are working and I don't see anything wrong yet but no idea what this alarm is.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had this happen after an upgrade before. The alarm is due to it not seeing an additional hard drive for Media Manager, even if you don't use Media Manager. I opened a ticket with Avaya about it, they said if youre not using Media Manager you can disregard it. The Avaya Engineer I worked with didn't know of a away to disable or turn off that alarm.
