Is it okay to jump from R9 to 11.0 version? If not, what are the pre requisite to consider?

Upgrading R9 to 11.0.0

Generally yes until you have licenses for upgrade 
Beside licenses this is also important:
Check the PCS Level of the IP500V2 Control Unit.For PCS 14 and earlier, the boot loader may need to be upgraded to version 1.33 or higher.If the system is running 8.1 (65) or higher, 9.0, or 9.1, the boot loader has already been upgraded and it does not need repeating.

@legotajkun - thanks for the suggestion will do the upgrade soon. So this does mean I dont have to upgrade the bootloader since we are on R9?
