upgrading partner mail

i am upgrading a partner mail from 2x10 to 4x20, what i can't figure out is what are the 4 exts that get assined to hunt group 7

The 2 extensions BEFORE the 2 that are already in Hunt Group 7. For instance, if the group is currently 26 and 27, add 24 and 25. If it is currently 32 and 33, add 30 and 31.

thanks , i think it's 78 and 79 now ,so i will try 76 and 77

Stop right there. If it is 78 and 79, you have PC Card mail, which CAN'T be expanded in the number of ports, only in the number of mailboxes. And that is only by replacing Partner Voice Messaging PC Card "SMALL" with "LARGE"

Now, if you have Partner Mail VS, a module in the 5-slot carrier, and are replacing the PC card in that unit, it is NOT 78 and 79, so you are going to have to step through #505-7 until you find the extensions that are already assigned, and add the 2 prior to those.
