Currently have Office XP (including Access) and contemplating the following;
A) Upgrading to Office 2003, however, will I be able to just reinstall Access from the XP Suite.

B) Could I remove just Outlook 2002(XP) and install Outlook 2003 and leave the rest of Office 2002.

As long as you have at least Win XP or Win 2K SP3 then yes. office 2003 will not run on ME I believe.

You can have any combination of office versions/Apps you like, and indeed have both installed if you want, BUT, the only exception to that is Outlook as you can only have one version of that on your machine at any time. You would simply choose a custom install and then choose the options you want. I have Office 97 through 2003 installed on my machine (Though only Excel and Access from the earlier versions).

One caveat when doing this is that you install earliest first, else you screw up dlls etc.

I have had several problems with Outlook 2003, the rules don't work, and I ended up up with everything either in the trash bin or the junk mail bin, no matter what I did with rules....
