upgrading office 2000 to 2003

i had a look around the forum but coundt see much on this, before i start on this has anyone come across any problems with this? i am mildly concerned about the access daabases we have published over citrix. thank you.

It doesnt matter if you are using Citrix or not. Access is different in 2000 to 2003. You WILL have to have your database converted to the new format.
MOST people leave the database alone, and leave access at the 2000 level.
