Upgrading of Sage Accpac from 5.3A to 5.4A

HI,

If anybody can help me in upgrading of accpac, we r currently using accpac 5.3A with lots of dat and want to upgrad and convert data to 5.4A, and usign SQL Server 9.0.1399, with win 2003 server, but when i upgrad massage shows, "program file problem, common services programs are not compatible with the company database"

so plz if anyone can help me.I'll appreciate.

our business partner say, the upgradition might gone wrong, and say we will also contact sage software abt the error.

this is very big problem for us and we need help in this regard.

Reinstall System Manager 5.4 and install SM5.4 SP1.

I have done that too, but no effect............ same problem till now.

Check the CSAPP tables in both the system and company databases, your CS records seem to be off. And the system CSAPP should only have an AS record.

When you open those companies in 5.4 for the first time, they are supposed to be upgraded automatically. Are you logging in as ADMIN?

Through Admin i am trying to login, but i can not login to company,coz mentioned massage appears. I can not access any module even system manager.

Try a Dbdump and Dbload into a new company.

Today i tried again, New upggrading, and i restore all data to new database, after instaling new version i got massage as " program file problem, Administrative services are not compatible with the company database

And dump & load also didnt work.

It's time to contact your Sage business partner and get professional help, you're doing something basically wrong. No one else is having these problems.
