Upgrading Nortel CS 1000 Telephony Manager 3.10.28.41 PC

I have been asked to upgrade the Telephony Manager PC.
Telephony Manager 3.10.28.41
Current PC is a Windows XP Pro

The install guide shows that TM can only be installed on Windows 2000, 2003 and XP pro. Has any later servers or window versions been approved for Telephony Manager or is this still an accurate list.

I would suspect that is correct as TM is not supported or sold anymore as far as I know.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
