Upgrading NNM from 6.1 to 6.4

Hi all

I am looking for a procedure to upgrade NNM 6.1 to 6.4.
Is it true that you cannot upgrade straight from 6.1 to 6.4,you have to ugrade to 6.2 first,6.31 ,then ultimately 6.4?

Can anyone help me pls with a detailed procedure,Im running HP-UX 11.0..
