To upgrade the Veritas Netbackup software from 5.1 to 5.1

After installing and updating the server. I have attempted to connect to the
console (jnbSA). Upon entering user details, the following error occurs:
"Unable to login, status: 43
Unexpected message received"
I have searched your knowledge base on sunsolve, as well as the usual google
searches. Unfortunately it doesn't look like this error has occurred before.
Any help would be apreciated
