UPGRADING NAM TO 4.1

Can someone please define steps necessary to upgrade NAM from 4.0 to 4.1 software. I am hearing that there are several NAM units and each needs to be upgraded differently..Any assistance or direction to where I can download info would be appreciated.. Thanks
 
The Info usually comes with the Keycode info package with the rest of the upgrade Kit.
There are 2 kits
1- with upgrade doc's, installation Doc's +user Doc'son CD + Keycode sheet
2- same as above with software upgrade CD, Bootdisk, Secutity Disk, Line renumbering disk, and 1 or 2 other disk (something about the mbox's)

Items required for the upgrade
Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 CD-ROM disk
Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 Upgrade Boot Diskette
Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 Security Key Code Installation diskette
the appropriate Norstar Installation Guide
CD-ROM Drive kit
new or reformatted diskettes
Dial-by-Name installation diskette (update if required)

Preparation:
-Check the size of the Norstar application server hard disk drive.If you have a 270 MB hard disk drive, it must be replaced before the upgrade can be performed.
-Enable the Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 Security Key Code
This step must be completed before you load the Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 Software.
-Check the Norstar Voice Mail software version.
-Back up the NAM capabilities file
Shut down the NAM

Loading Release 4.1:
-Attach the CD-ROM drive to NAM
-Power up CD-ROM drive & insert CD-ROM disk
-Install the Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 Software

Completion:
-Initialize the Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 Software
-Test Norstar Voice Mail
-Verify NVM software version (Feature 983)
-Verify NVM Feature Codes (Feature 9*1)
-Verify the NVM Directory Number (DN)
-Back up the NAM capabilities file after the upgrade

Installation procedure completed
