I'm looking for suggestions on how others might perform an upgrade as stated above. Here are some scenarios to consider:
1. Begin with MAS1 and the MSS. Complete all servers back to back until all servers are completed.
2. Begin with MAS1 and MSS and complete on first day. Bring system up for normal business day call processing. Return next day and upgrade MAS2 & MAS3. Bring system up for normal business day call processing. Return next day and upgrade MAS4. Bring system up for normal call processing.
3. Stage the upgrade
Any suggestions welcome, especially from experience.
