I have a MiCollab server running MiCollab version 6.x that I'm tasked with upgrading.

I spoke to Mitel support the other day and they advised to upgrade to MiCollab 7.3, then 8.x, then 9.x. Failure to do so will cause issues.

Anyhow, I'm on site today to upgrade this.
Loaded MSL 10.5.19 (appropriate for 7.3)

The options list gave me the choice to do much more than what was advised... still doing what was advised.

I've been monitoring this since 9:30am... it's 1:15pm and it's at 59%.

The internet on this system is pathetic - Shared T1 via a Cisco Router - Shared with the PRI, 4 Analog lines and MPLS to another location.

Next upgrade, I'll pull the system to go to my office and upgrade it... but do I have to?

I have all of the ISO images for each of the upgrades and can either put them all on a thumb drive, burn them to CD/DVD's, etc.... something has to be better than this pathetic Internet Service.

Yes, physical server upgrade takes ages, and if the server is slow, it will take hours.

I think you could copy the iso files to the serber and mount them when required
