Upgrading Lotus Notes Client 4.5 to 4.5.4a on a server.

I cuurently have 80 users who are accessing their Notes Client (V4.5) from a server. I am looking to upgrade the Lotus Notes version 4.5 on one of our NT Servers to NT 4.6.4a. Has anyone had experience of this and if so, did you encounter any issues??? Thanks, Mark
