Is this the right iso file to be downloaded if upgrading the Server Edition? abe-11.0.4100-11_el6.iso , 11.0.x

Ive read the comments about the latest, there's a lot of bugs. I just want to upgrade in SP1 only.

But! Thanks for the suggestion!

I am upgrading to 11.0.4 because of the IX Workplace, the IX Workplace isnt working on iOS 13. Ive read a KB that pop ups the error because of the duration of the certificate, it should be set to 825 days not the default 2555 and upon upgrading once the IPO SE upgraded to 11.0.4 the default setting now will be 825 days. Is that right?

Hi derfloh, ive tried but failed. LOL. upon entering this command on putty using root credentials. this script doesnt work nano /opt/Avaya/scripts/gen_certs.sh

Don't use SP1 it has more bugs than SP of R11.4. I had nothing but problems with the !!.4 SP1 and have had little problems with the SP2.

@defloh - in that directory, is there a really a file contains "gen_certs.sh?" , just wondering misunderstood the instruction. Not sure if im gonna put the cert in that directory or in the /tmp .

@teletechman - well, all of my implementations in SP1 i dont have any problems. I just saw the thread for that SP2 and there's too many problems I saw.

@derfloh - this is working now! thanks! but we encounter a one way audio. Is this related to the cert that we uploaded? the new ones is on the iPhone and for the Android the old root CA of IPO.

We've experienced the IX Workplace issue on IOS 13, as well as IX Workplace for Windows (Android version worked fine) on IPO Server Edition R11 FP4 SP2. After reducing the duration to 800 days and regenerating the identity certificate, all issues were resolved for IX workplace across all platforms.

Here's the related Avaya article:

**Even though it says the identity certificate issue was supposed to be cleared with R11 FP4 SP2, you still need to reduce the duration to 800 days and regenerate the certificate.**

@CassBusiness and @derfloh - thanks on this! IX Workplace in iOS is now working
