Upgrading Internet Explorer 6 to version 7

When trying to upgrade to Internet exoplorer 7 I get the following message... An error occured while copying file msfeeds.mof can not copy to destination directory.
Can anyone help me out?

Make sure any third-party security software is temporarily turned off during the upgrade.
