Upgrading IBM DB2 Connect to 9.7, any issues?

I have just been notified that the systems guys are going to be upgrading the IBM DB2 Connect software to 9.7.
We use this via ODBC to query our DB2 mainframe tables using Microsoft Access.
Has anyone gone thru this upgrade previously.
Did you have any issues.....
