Upgrading from Symantec CEv9.x to Client Security v3.0

Hey guys

i am in the process of planning an upgrade from CEv9.x to SCSv3.0 across our domain..

We have one primary server with mutiple groups and Windows XP client desktops ?

anyone had any issues or suggestions or thoughts .. any heartaches????

plan.. rough breakdown ..

install SCSv3 on a new server
make primary
migrate dept by dept to new server using the system center remote install tool to upgrade client to the new v3.0
