Upgrading from PS3 to PS4

I'm about upgrade my PS3 farm to PS4. Presently I have 3 MF, 1CSG, 1 License Server, Web server, DC, 2 NAZ boxes with 50 concurrent licenses.

I'd like any helpful tips or advise on how I should proceed.

I know I have to upgrade by CALS on the MyCitrix web site to PS4
Then I want to upgrade my MF PS3 server to PS4. I don't need to do a clean install do I? I'd like to upgrade in place.

The biggest convern is CSG and license server. Do I need to upgrade them as well? or can leave them as is?
