Upgrading from G3r6 to 8710

I will be upgrading the switch with a blow back from Avaya, Is there any issues with the upgrade that I should be aware of?

if you are using call sentre then beware as there are laods of bugs on Cm3.01 and CM3.1. Wait for new patches as I believe Tier4 are on overtime trying fix so many issues

im in the middle of the exact same upgrade this week. Today they are trying to rack the 8710 servers but the rails that are sent are only for standard enclosed server racks...they will not work with standard 4-post telco racks with pre-tapped holes.

I am in search of replacement rails from Avaya or HP...

so retarded...

Can you pls provide more details on the bugs on 3.1 or 3.0.1 We are looking at upgrade & ours is a 2000 seater call centre.. Your inputs would enable us make a right decision to go for upgrade now or wait for some more time..

we had loads of problems with call centre, phantom calls, calls dropping etc...plus there are loads of fixes for 3.01 which require combo patch but are included in the 3.1 patch. i am in the middle of upgrading many of my customer's 3.01. Audix delay in answer between pn.
