Upgrading from Eval to Standard

I just purchased Exchange 5.5 after installing the 5.5 eval. I know that I must reinstall Exchange to go from eval to standard. But, will the public folders and configuration I installed with the Eval remain when I reinstall the standard version? If so is there anything special I need to do to acomplish this?
