I've recently upgraded from Creative Suite to CS3. The problem is that my Version Cue files from CS will not import into CS3. I can import the current version of my files, but not the version data from the last 4 years. Adobe support tells me it is not possible to import files from CS to CS3 and that I need to first import the files into CS2, then I will be able to import from there to CS3. They are unwilling to help with this transition at all. (I have asked twice now if they will give me a trial version of CS2 Version Cue so that I can transition my files...with no acknowledgement that I even asked) I certainly can't get budget to buy CS2 when I just purchased CS3!
