Upgrading from Crystal Reports 7.0 to 8.0

Our company is considering upgrading from Crystal Reports 7.0 to 8.0. Are there any major considerations that need to be addressed before moving forward (ie. major changes to reporting functionality, etc.). Also, what are the major advantages of upgrading??
