Upgrading from CM4 to CM6

Hi guys,

Has anyone attempted this yet? It's a 2 step process as you have to upgrade to 5.2 first and then to 6.0.

If anyone has done this and has any advice to offer, it would be greatly appreciated?

From what we've been told, you have to upgrade to 5.2.1 first then you can go to 6.0.

CMS also has to go to CMS 16.x

I think Modular Messaging and AES have to upgrade as well.

Make sure your BP or Avaya take all of your system components into account.

We had a few "surprises" when we went to 5.1 when items were "discovered" after the fact and had to be upgraded to be compatable.
