Upgrading from avaya cm 6.3 load 124 to load 141

Hello Guys

i want to know if there is way to upgrade cm R016x.03.0.124.0 to R016x.03.0.141.0
as i knew that there is no support for R016x.03.0.124.0

Sure. They're the same functionally and every service pack is released for both. So, cm 6.3 sp 15 is for the 124 load and 6.3 sp 1.15 is for the 141 load.


The difference is the snmp. They used to license a stack from...I can't remember who, but it's what the g3mib was based on. It's why they removed downloads of older cm - because they no longer had the right to redistribute that code.

It might mean deploying the new template or vm image and restoring your backup. I haven't looked lately if that latest 6.3 sp's are only on the 141 load, but the only thing that changes is the snmp syntax, and it changes for the better.
