Upgrading from 98 to XP Pro

I am doing a upgrade from 98 to XP Pro. Where do I find the file on the CD, so I so don't have to do a fresh install.

Stick the XP CD Rom in the drive, when it starts you will see a menu. Select the File and Settings Transfer option. You can save your settings to removable media, like a floppy disk, or save it to the hard disk drive in a folder.
