Upgrading from 7.0 to 8.5

I am trying to upgrade my reports from 7.0 to 8.5. When I try to open my reports that I saved in 8.5, I get the two error messages below:
C:\reports\cp513.rpt?????????????????????
End of File Reached
I am connecting to Dbase and I have downloaded the patch to see all of my data.

What are these error messages telling me with the 20 question marks? What does Crystal mean when it says the end of file reached? After this message, the program shuts down.

How are you trying to open the new reports? The report format changed from CR7 to CR8, so if you are using a third-party method (VB, etc) you may need toinclude the new libraries and recompile.
