Upgrading from 5.5 to 2003

We are getting ready to move a client from a Windows NT/Exchange 5.5 to a Windows Server 2003/Exchange 2003 network. They want it to be a completely fresh install with a new domain name and everything as if they didnt have a previous network. No problem there.

My question is, what is the best way to get the Exchange 5.5 data to Exchange 2003 since the two servers are not on the same domain.

The tool you use is Exmerge. There are plenty of white papers on microsofts web site describing the various techniquies.
