upgrading from 4.2(3) to 6.0

Hello All. We are currently using Call Manager 4.2(3)SR1 with Unity 4.0 SR 1, and IPCC express 3.5(4) and are thinking about upgrading to 6.0. Is there a template or punchlist that tells you what release you need to be at on all of your servers in order to be able to upgrade to 6.0?

Since the upgrade is a clean step from Windows to Linux, the major version number is all that's imiportant. CCM 4.2 is upgradable to 6.1. However, be careful with your Unity. Depending on the version of it, you will need to install newer TSP's on the server which is about a 5 second install. Your major problem will be IPCC as you will have to upgrade that at the same time. Try this doc:
