When I upgrade from 2.5 to 3.0 will I lose all my license features like Call Pilot Manger, etc? What do I do to ensure I don't delete them?

You should not lose your keycodes.
However the serial number will not change on your msc card.
Therefore you could go into unified manager and click on licencing.
Installed keycodes will appear in the list.
Write them down.

Great, so I will upgrade to 3.0 and the features will not be lost, they will be on new version without any interaction on my part??

Should be a no brainer.
However it will take roughly two hours to complete the upgrade.
You will need a keycode to complete the upgrade.
This normally comes with the upgrade package in the form of an authorization number.
Normally you take the authorization number and the BCM serial number and generate a keycode on Nortel's KRS website.
This keycode is entered when you launch the upgrade setup exe file.

Good luck, a backup of the old drive would not hurt.
You can use the BRU tool to perform a remote backup but it will be useless if the 3.0 upgrade fails in a bad way.
You could image the original drive for a disaster recovery option. You will need a 20 GB drive the partition sizes must be identical.
