I have a Flash Voice Mail Unit, NT5B06EB Norstar Flash Voice Mail US English Model 2, ENG/SP S/W Ver 1.7, that is currently working with a MICS 2.0. I want to move this unit to a MICS 4.1 system, but I understand I have to have at least 1.9 to do this.

Can I purchase the software upgrade and do this myself? If so, where can I purchase it? Is this just the feature cartridge?

These are very small sites with only two people and we don't need anything fancy or expensive. We just want to get off the LEC Voicemail.

it is a Flash Card upgrade that you can perform yourself. Contact a local Nortel vendor in your area and they should be happy to help you.
