Upgrading Ent Mgr from R5 to R6

I am trying to upgrade the above with little success at the moment.When I run the Ent Mgr .exe file it does the system check, prompts for the next part of the install / upgrade then goes off to the AMC to license. The issue we are having is that it just hangs on the AMC licensing before timing out?

All firwall ports are open https, ftp, ssh but just can't seem to sync with the AMC? Tried to do an offline license by taking the server off the network but it fails when copying to the usb stick!! Can't remeber what the error was bit strange as the usb mounts and can read and write to it!!

Win Server 2003 SP2 with dual NIC cards.

Any ideas?

Quite often you need to reset the hardware ID accos with the App Record on the AMC website

Yeah the hardware id has been reset on the amc and is waiting to be sync'd up.

Disable the second NIC card and try again

Can the 3300's on the same network reach the AMC. That would prove its not firewall issues.
