Upgrading E30 to AIX4.3.3 machid changes

After upgrading to 4.3.3 Machine ID is: 000FFFFFFC400

I implemented the following steps with not avail:
Pulling out U5 chip completely as well as replacing it with other one
Back to 4.2.1
Replacing LCD Display board
Removing battery
Upgrading the Firmware

Is there something I can do to fix it ?
