Upgrading DiskSuite to 4.2.1 : Comparison

I am considering an upgrade for my server in the backup region, I currently have a Unix Ultra Enterprise 150
If anyone could compare DiskSuite with the older versions of the product, it would be extreemly helpful. Particular focus on the GUI interface would be nice, as the older ones wern't that great.
