I originally started this thread with the incorrect info so I am going again. I upgraded from version 6.2 to 7.8
I hope this is an easy fix. I upgraded a contact store 7.2 to 7.8 and now the calls will not search and I am in a frenzy. A good thing is all the calls are still in witness/calls folder. Every call after the upgrade is searching but the previous ones are not. Is there a simple file that needs to be brought over or recognized? I did point the path in the server config to the witness folder. I believe it has something to do with the sql data.
