Upgrading CMS database to SQL Server 2005

Hello,

We have Crystal Enterprise v10 and currently running with SQL Server 2K.

Now that we have the new database they wants us to move there. The problem that i am having is when i am trying to point to the new CMS datasource its giving me an error "failed to retrieve cluster name from the database. Reason: Database access failure"

How do i resolve this? Please help.

click the check box--on the configuration tab--give the cluster namr there
