Upgrading CM to 7.8

Historically you need to define the new tables and import your data to the new tables via the partner manager conversion tool.
Look for the executable called something like this old one... "PMUpdate61to70.exe"
Be aware that you probably can't have the old 6.0 and new 7.8 tables in the same region/sid. What I've done was create the new tables in a test area and perform the conversion from prod to test. One in the test area and tested I build the new tables in prod and use the copy utility to update production from test, "PMCopy.exe".
