I work for a company that has recently lost our cisco engineer. I have a little expirience in Cisco but am attempting to learn it at the moment. The current problem is that one of my clients is currently on a frac and will be upgrading to a full T1 on a cisco 1720. We have just recieved the WIC card for the upgrade and I was hoping to get a quick hand on how to upgrade this.

Thanks for any feed back
