Upgrading a multiple MAS controller site

Hi

I have to upgrade a client that has three sites all running MAS servers and MXE 3300's. All the controllers are on or atleast a higher version than MCD 4.0

Two of the sites are on MAS 2.1 and one is on MAS 2.2. I need to upgrade to MAS 4.0 and MCD 5.0SP1.

The sites are not clustered but do run IP Trunks, can all of them be upgraded individually at different times or do you suggest trying to do all of them at the same time?

If they are not clustered then you should be able to do them one at a time.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
