Upgrading a 16ELCNA-A from SP4013 to SP4034.

Hello I'm trying to upgrade a 16ELCNa-a from 4013 to 4034. I have download the firmware and instructions from ntac. After I get everything set-up and make the ELCN-A from make busy to idle it will not go any futher than this:
Working RAM Area Check OK.
Please input download menu.
1: Program download start

I have typed 1 and I also just let sit.
Any help will be appreciated.
