Upgrading 6160IQ v5.1 to v5.2

I am going to be doing the above soon and needed some pointers, i ahve installed three or four of these but have never upgraded one, can anyone give me any info on how this is done?

To upgrade from Version 5.1 SP1 to Version 5.2
1. Open Internet Explorer and type ftp://

http://www.prairiefyre.com/

2. Type the username and password provided to you by prairieFyre.
3. Open the following directory: Version 5 Full Release Product Download/North America &
LAM/iQueue/Service Pack.
4. Download the zip file to your desktop.
5. Use WinZip to extract the file.
6. Copy the file to your DVD drive to create an installation DVD.
7. Open the file and double-click Setup.exe to perform the upgrade.

8. Click Start=>Shut Down=>Restart to restart the Intelligent Queue Serve

Do i have to get new license keys or anything?
