Upgrading 1608 IP Phone

What is the easy way to upgrade 1608 IP Phone in IP Office 4.1?

Do I have to use MV-TEL, or using the default directory of manager (C:/Program Files/AVAYA/IP Office/Manager) where the bin file & 46xxsettings file involved.

The upgrade will be performed in order to solve the issue of call logs.

Any Idea?

I thought you had to be 4.2 to use 16xx phones.

The 16xx series phones use HTTP or HTTPS unlike the 56xx series that use TFTP, so if you know how to setup MV_IPTel then that's the best way to upgrade these handsets. 4.2.17 has a few fixes for these handsets.
