upgraded to 7.6.300 SPa now system unstable

Upgraded to 7.6.300 SPa
Now system is having issues
2 days in a row 1 database has automatically switched to single user mode
needed to reregister the Server registration - was not connecting
any input would be appreciated.

I cannot resolve your problem, as I have not seen anything like it with ANY of the 7.6.300a updates I have done. Maybe you can provide more details on your environment?

When you say "It switched to single user mode" what does that mean, exactly?

GO into SQL Enterprise Manager and make sure the database itself (not Macola) is not set to single user mode.
