Upgraded to 7.2 now IE11 Windows 7 doesn't work

Just upgraded MXe3300 from 6.0 to 7.2. Now we are unable to access the system via IE11 Windows 7 or IE11 and Windows 10. We have the IP address in Compatible View Settings. We have added to Trusted Sites and set the Security Level to Low. The pop-up comes back to use IE 9 or higher (we are at 11). We are able to access it via Firefox. Any suggestions or additional info needed?

I find turning off compatibility make a difference 50% of the time

Have you cleared the Internet Explorer cache? Need to do this after every upgrade.

Thank You for your response. I had cleared the cache. The answer was to remove the IP address from the Compatibility Settings.
