I upgraded my IP500 to 5.0.8 this weekend. I have a legacy card with an ATM 4. All the trunks work fine but I show 0 trunks in SSA. Is this a bug?

Open the SysMon goto "Network View" or "Small Community Networking" can you see the connections there?

I see the 500 and it is connected to something but it does not tell me what.

So you're not seeing both, then your network is not setup the right way, re check routes in the IPO or in the network.

I have never needed an IP route for analog trunks before. The trunks showed in SSA before the upgrade. The legacy card is in the 500 how would I route from the 500 to the 500. That doesn't make sense to me.

Sorry I see you have an ATM4 on the Card carrier.

The ATM4 is not supported on the IP500!

I think you're lucky it's even working.

From the Docs;

• IP Office 500 Legacy Card Carrier (Maximum 2).
This card allows a variety of IP400 trunk and VCM cards to be used with the IP Office 500 control unit. The front of the card includes a number of panels that can be snapped off to match the ports available when an IP400 trunk card is fitted.

• This card does not accept any IP Office 500 daughter trunk cards.
• The IP Office 500 control unit can accept up to 2 IP400 trunk or VCM cards by mounting each card on an IP Office 500 Legacy Card Carrier

• This card supports, one each, of the following IP400 cards:
•   700185200 - PRI T1
• 700185218 - Dual PRI T1
•   700272461 - PRI 30 E1 (1.4)

Did a power cycle and reset the card still no dice. I guess I will wait for R.6. Like I said it works I was just wondering if anyone else has had the trunks disappear on a legacy card when upgrading to 5.0?
