I have never needed an IP route for analog trunks before. The trunks showed in SSA before the upgrade. The legacy card is in the 500 how would I route from the 500 to the 500. That doesn't make sense to me.

This card allows a variety of IP400 trunk and VCM cards to be used with the IP Office 500 control unit. The front of the card includes a number of panels that can be snapped off to match the ports available when an IP400 trunk card is fitted.

• The IP Office 500 control unit can accept up to 2 IP400 trunk or VCM cards by mounting each card on an IP Office 500 Legacy Card Carrier

It works! Now if only I could remember what I did...
OK ANLG 4 or ATM4 as you say, power down the IPO unplug the Card carrier power up again, the power it down again and reinsert the Card Carrier agian. POwer up and see if it helps.

Did a power cycle and reset the card still no dice. I guess I will wait for R.6. Like I said it works I was just wondering if anyone else has had the trunks disappear on a legacy card when upgrading to 5.0?
