Upgraded SBS to Preimum edition with SQL, now sharepoint is dead

Hi,

I've upgrade my SBS to the preimum edition that comes with SQL 2005, after the installation mycompanyweb , which is the sharepoint become inaccessiable and got this message:

Cannot connect to the configuration database. For tips on troubleshooting this error, search for article 823287 in the Microsoft Knowledge Base at

http://support.microsoft.com.

I follow the article 823287 but still no good, can someone please help me out ? thanks !

This is a common problem. When you installed SQL, you upgraded the instance used by CompanyWeb.
