Upgraded Notebooks to Notes R5 client, getting blue screen

We have recently upgraded all our machines to Notes R5 client, the problem we are having is that on some on the laptops (Toshiba Tecra 8200) running Windows 2000, the machine goes to blue screen and reeboots when working on another document (word doc, excel file). If user did not save then all is lost. The only common denominator is that new version of notes client, if user does not have notes running the machine does not shut down . We are running office 97 does anyone know of known issues and maybe a patch that will eliminate this problem.

Try a BIOS update. I have Tobisha Tecra's with Office 97 and 2000. I keep most everything up to date, and I have never had an issue like that.
