It seems that the night mode is not working properly. Secretary used to hit night mode button and calls went directly to voicemail. Now they do not. They have changed to a PRI and I have changed the line to reflect new target line in the serfvice mode group. Am I missing something?

Check the vm dn, too. I've seen them change after an upgrade, and the old dn remains in programming. Your f98x's will still work, but everywhere the old dn shows up in programming, you'll have to change manually.

The voicemail will pickup the line after 4 rings which it is programmed for. But before it would pick up at the first ring in night mode.

I checked that and it is set to the correct phone. This one has me stumped.

Not yet, Hopefully they will let me today

Here is what I have done today.
Power cycled equipment nothing changed. Put a copper line in the group voicemail answers as it should. It seems to have something to do with the PRI. It doesn't like the target line.
I had also upgraded there admin building today from 4.1 to 7.1 all went well. The night ringing works as it should with the voicemail.
The only difference between the 2 is the PRI.

In AA/Table/Lines assign 157 to answer AA =yes at 0 rings and test to see if vmail answers, if so your Service Modes are not setup correctly....i.e 157 is not in the ringing group.

Lets review ... shall we?

Example:
Night Schedule for ring service is set for Manual.
Ringing Group 002 has just one member, the VM DN.
For Night Schedule, line 157 is set for Ring Group 002.
Set that activates the Schedule has a key programed for F871, that when pressed places SERVICES ON in the display.
That same set is the Control Set for line 157.
AA>Line Administration has Line 157 configured to answer with AA, Greeting Table X, in X rings (should answer immediately when service is on).

If you have that all configured, and its not answering properly, its time to look at the voicemail.

What is the type and version of the voicemail?

Could be possible, too, that callers are dialing an unprogrammed did. These will be routed to the prime set- vm?

I have gone over the programming 4 times, I even had another tech look at thinking I might be having a serious brain fart. Everything is programmed correctly.
I can program the line to answer immediately and it answers.
The only thing I changed in the group was line 1 to unassigned and assigned 157.
This is on a MICS XC 7.1 with a Nam 4.1
