upgraded from pc large to PM R7

everything was cool, re recorded the main AA greeting over the default
once i saved it now says "your call is being transferred" and transfers all calls to ext 10

i double checked and the aa greeting is in there

any ideas whats going on

also tried a reboot

It's in slot 4 and I assigned ext 30-33 (it's a 4 port vm )

It's an acs then 306 in slot 1, 406 in slot 2 acs r3 in middle and pm in slot 4

There's no such card as 306 or 406

If indeed these are 206 modules in slot 1 and 2, with an R3 ACS in the center slot, the extensions for the voicemail slot (4th slot, just to the right of the processor) are 30-35. Verify that they are all assigned to Hunt Group 7. Also, call Intercom 34 and 35 to see if they answer, have seen mismarked port license cards that provided more ports then the label.

Does it answer with "The system is in test mode"? Or just the classic answer on the first partial ring and "Transferring to Operator"?
