Hi upgraded from 4.5 to 5.5 1000e in our test lab and now cannot program pri or dlc or analog cards but the ip sets are up. System does not not show a XMI error when cards are pulled off the power and replaced. I think it may be a bad MGC card. I have all that latest patches and loadware up in the phone system but still no response. I was looking for some feedback if anyone else has had this trouble.

I have a lot of Digital Lines cards in MGC's and yest get XMI on poping cards, I would think you've cycled MGC power right? I would think you might be correct
